The Earthmate GPS Units come
standard with USGS

the unit is capable of eaisly using your GIS data (ArcGIS, MapInfo,
AutoCAD) as a base layer, and incorporate any .sid or GeoTiff
image. Field access to GIS data is virtually
unlimited and cost effective. A $29.95 annual subscription service offers
unlimited downloads of USGS topographic quads,
aerial photography, satellite imagery and NOAA charts.
